We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, color preference, or personal preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@closetfits.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the item and the issue
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
The 7-day request above is intended to help us investigate issues promptly and does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under mandatory applicable law.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or your order appears to be lost or undeliverable, please contact us at support@closetfits.com so we can investigate the shipment.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, as required by applicable law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
